Thinking frivolous thoughts is fast becoming a prized rarity.
Shower time - The mornings are close to impossible because I stress out about being late. So I generally think of what to wear. Actually, I re-confirm my choice from the night before. But I usually change my mind and end up being late or missing breakfast anyway. I did say frivolous.
Travelling time - The shocking traffic on the freeway and the breakfast show on RRR are conducive. I let myself wander a little, the brain activity aids in post-awaked crankiness. I try not to drift off while smoking and driving- that kind of high level multi-tasking should only be attempted in times of caffeine extravagance. The drive home is typically pervaded by my ridiculing marvel at drivers who drive like they don't share my anxiety in getting home after a shit day at work. It's somewhat like Sunday driving.
Shower time - The evening showers are the best. I've stretched these sessions out, just to make up for the half-fucked one in the mornings. Nobody at home likes to jump in the shower after me. There usually isn't much hot water left. I'm infamous in that respect. I'm not overindulgent in my sleeping hours. You give some, you take some.
