Of man, and women.
Worlds torn apart
By his instinctive fancies
And her silent resilience.
Zeus: powerful, amorous, lustful, cheater, God.
Hera: tricked, cheated, painfully aware, wife.
They watched while she suffered,
And cheered while he erred.
The wrath lasted,
The story retold by many after them.
Instincts can be suppressed, but they remain.
People don't change- they consciously repress, but sometimes they forget.
